Every National Member Organization should have a national office established with a single post office address. In IFMSA and in most countries this office is given the name of "General Secretariat" but in other places it can be called the "National Headquarters" or something else. It is important to have a single post office address because the IFMSA Secretary-General will send you necessary information before each General Assembly meeting.
If you do not have an obvious place to have your General Secretariat, then probably the easiest strategy is to ask the dean of one of the medical schools in your country if they will let your group establish a General Secretariat at their school. However, the point is that you somehow need to establish an address for your NMO.
