The main events within the SCORE are the meetings both in the national and in the international level. At the same time, they are main events within IFMSA as well.

The General Assembly meetings are held twice a year, in the beginning of March and in the beginning of August. They are the most important meetings within IFMSA and where most of the decisions are made both in the IFMSA as a whole and its Standing Committees.

The SCORE Working Committees (SCORE WoCo) are held during both the August and March Meeting.

Other events include supplementary SCORE meetings which are held if the need arises, and National Member Organization meetings which are organized by the NMOs.
